INTRO
Since 2022, I started to invest in Real Estate with the idea of giving back to Puglia, the land where I was born, creating a wonderful place for people to enjoy and safeguard the environment.
I ended up buying a 5,000 sqft house that was entirely built with stones, water and soil over 100 years ago, together with a 100,000 sqft plot of land and 100 olive trees in Valle d’Itria, Puglia.
The refurbishments took two full years and we pay a tribute to the environment, installing over 18 Kwh of solar panels and 45 Kwh of batteries, heat pumps, underfloor heating and cooling, dehumidifacation.
The property is called Villa Rocca 1914 and will open to the public in 2024.
